All these verbs are present tense + present subjunctive. Can I use the same construction with the conditional, in those cases where we are “softening” a request?

Such as: “Yo prefería que regreses más pronto.” 

Or does that need a different structure? Thank you!

Why isn't it "mejores" here? "Eran aún mejores que en mis sueños."

Se trata de que nos reunamos para pasar un buen rato

Can the speaker say, ¨Ojalá aprueba el examen¨

or does he have to say it the other way, ¨Espero aprobar el examen.¨

I am using US International keyboard. I keep typing "está"  but some how your programing is registering it as "es" and therefore marking my answers as incorrect. Qué pasa?

I was wondering why there isn't the "personal a" before each name in the example. There is only one a in the example with 2 names. Why isn't there 2 personal a, before each name? In all your examples, the sentences only have one person in each of your examples. I know I've seen before an A before each person/pet when there are 2 or more in a sentence.

Why is it "a Paula y Cristina" and not "a Paula y a Cristina" ?

Would she be “la juez”?  Thanks.

I would have written the correct answer but I thought I'd try using 'hermanita' is it sounded more loving to me. Would that be incorrect?
