new vocabulary

que debe colocarse la servilleta en el halda.

That female voice is so beautiful that it's distracting! Be that as it may, what on earth is el halda, por favor? It doesn't come up in a search on the site and one dictionary says its "sackcloth" while another says it's a kilt or a skirt. As the aim was to teach the voice's son table manners, I'm confused. ¿el halda?

The phrase: Que uno ni debería empezar a comer. Does: Que no se debe empezar a comer have the same meaning or is there a more than subtle difference in the intent?
