Por favor, y veo que hay otras preguntas en este tema abajo, pero cómo deberíamos contestar de forma binario/a cuando ambas opciones son correctas? Me molesta un poco que aparece que no se puede contestar a la pregunta y conseguir una respuesta correcta. ¿No deberia una tercera alternativa - ´no importa´ o ´se depende en la región o el país´?
The answer given is “han tomado”. I don’t think tomado has been covered. I thought it should be tímido. Can you please explain?

(HINT: Conjugate “ver” in El Pretérito Perfecto) without the hint, would vieron be more appropriate? i'm having a hard time differentiating, and would not think preterito perfecto was correct here. additionally, la costurera ha deshecho todos los puntos de la falda - why wouldn't this also just be deshizo? (preterite)? there isn't really anything connecting it to the present ?
if idea is feminine sowe use la, but in a quiz it was incorrect and the correct one was ( el idea)so is idea a feminine or musculine noun?
Hi, my question is regarding the quiz item:
Pedro is going to start thinking [and continue thinking] that we're silly.
Pedro se va a quedar pensando que somos dos tontas.
Are there other possibilities for the position of the "se" ? In particular, I'm wondering about these:
Pedro va a quedarse pensando que somos dos tontas.
Pedro va a quedar pensándose que somos dos tontas.
If either of those is grammatically correct, is there any difference in meaning/tone/frequency of usage?
