También, el caballero que está leyendo este pasaje tiene una voz encantadora y muy clara. Muchas gracias por esto.
Probably better [in the English original] to say "If you ever travel to Bogotá ..." - [rather than "... traveled ..."].
Why is it incorrect to say "espero que no tomen muchas fotos....."? Or, why is it only correct to use sacar in the subjunctive?
Why es “que flores” correct? I thought “cual flores” would be the correct response… the question was “what flowers do you prefer?”
I noticed with this translation, it isn’t following the normal rule for translating “ing” congregations for verbs. Is this because they are semi-regular verbs? Thank you
Can I say bien interesante here? Also, why isn’t regreso a casa correct?
Taken from the examples:
OLER+NOUN—>to smell something (flowers, everything)
OLER+ADJECTIVE—>to smell a certain way( fatal, bien)
OLER A NOUN—>to smell of/like noun (chocolate, pollo quemado, perfume fresco) Google Translate puts “oléis a pollo quemado” as “you smell like burned chicken”
I thought you don't need to use the personal a with animals although it's commonly used with pets. Is that so? So couldn't it be "vio los elefantes"?
