Also: why does it say i am A0 when A2 is quite easy for me

I went to notebook for subject QUERER QUE and didn't let me retake the quiz.

It had yellow highlight that was in the lesson itself.

I don't understand why "Ya había"  + participle  is not a correct answer in both cases. Looking at the examples it seems it is a possible answer.

Is it possible to tell whether something is more or less probable without a context?

e.g the test question which translates as ' write down the address in case you forget'

The subjunctive is used in "Cuando tus hermanos lleguen será muy tarde." even though there is no intention to "make something happen" in the future.  Maybe that description should be added to, to make it more clear that future things that will happen anyway (there is no intent to change things) also trigger the subjunctive after "cuando"?

I don't understand why this sentence fits this lesson. Surely there cannot be much uncertainty that there will be an end to the month. Wouldn't this make more sense in the indicative? 

These seem to have similar constructions for similar meanings (interim completion of an action that may continue). Is there a distinction between them I'm not getting?
