Scoring issue - technical

This topic will not let me score 100%.  I should have finished this.  Upon reaching a certain score, 98.40 and when you test again correctly, it will drop to 84.50%,  that doesn't makes sense. I already sent two request to "help  and support"and still not getting rectified. Can somebody please take a look at it.  Programming issue?????.  See topic below:

Using El Pluscuamperfecto Subjuntivo in hypothetical clauses (si) followed by El Condicional Perfecto/ El Pluscuamperfecto de Subjuntivo

Has this been rectified? Am almost done with C1 and this topic is showing up below 100%  Please fix the score as it should have been 100% as I did so many tests on this already.

Am not getting help on this issue or any response, so I tried changing my language to  Spain where I did my test and it went thru 100% But still  after completing all my tests, I did not get a diamond on C1.  Also,  I have some topics like aqui, ahi,  and alli that I completed in Latin America  100% but only silver, so I tested it Spain and it was changed to Diamond.  Hope this will give you an idea how to fix the scoring issue.
