Notebook and lesson confusion

I don't understand why lessons I have mastered keep appearing in my study plan. Also, the message says if I want to quiz the lesson again to save it to a notebook. But when I save it to a notebook it still doesn't let me quiz it.

This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Nouns that are plural in English but singular in Spanish, and vice versa (collective nouns)"
