In the dictionary that give the definition of temer as to be afraid. I don't see anything about being suspect.

Relationships Ser or Estar?

One of the links above (Ser or Estar?) talks about DOCTOR CLIF. DOCTOR for "ser" includes description, origin, character, time, occupation, and RELATIONSHIP. Is that wrong or am I missing something?

In the phrase

"If... , they'd have given you a decent room." I understand why hubieran dado is correct, but isn't hubiesen dado also an acceptable form of the pluscuamperfecto de subjuntivo?

The Tip that this lesson gives is surely wrong. Note that we use El Presente de Subjuntivo after que if the subjects of each clause are different. If they are the same, we don't need to use que and we need to use the infinitive form.

You can't say we don't need to use and then need to use. You can either say:

We don't need to use you may / can use the infinitive or;

We don't need to "can't" use followed by must use the infinitive.
