Impersonal yes or no

Question

Is this an impersonal sentence? "En esta zapatería venden sandalias mallorquinas."yesno

Being in a specific location "They" (Implicit in venden), could be the shop owners or staff and it would not be impersonal. I know it fits the format of the lesson but in this situation, I would have thought "se venden" would have been a more impersonal expression with no possibiloity of ambiguity.

Hola Ian,
This sentence would not be an impersonal sentence if we were talking about specific people or the subject (los vendedores) would have been used. However we are not mentioning any specific people.
When I say specific people being mentioned I mean something like this for example:

"Mis vecinos tienen una zapatería en el centro del pueblo. 
En la zapatería venden sandalias mallorquinas."

Here I don't repeat the subject in the second sentence, as it is understood I am referring to mis vecinos just mentioned. The omission of the subject doesn't make it an impersonal sentence.
In the sentence from the quiz there is no mention at all of who (we understand it is obviously the people who work/own the shoe shop the ones who sells the sandals, but they are not mentioned at all, it would sound redundant.) The subject here is not relevant at all, the focus is on the activity (selling those sandals). 
There is another example in the lesson:
En este colegio enseñan bien.In this school the teaching is good.
Here, we understand that it is the teachers the ones teaching well, but again, they are not mentioned previously and the focus here is "the good teaching happening in that school", the subject is not relevant.

I think there is a mistake here:Take a look at the first sentence above but this time with a subject.Carmen y Rosa llaman a la puerta.Carmen and Rosa are knocking on the door. There is no first sentence above with those words.
