I see here that querer does not have an accent for the first person preterito indefinido: quise, whereas some verbs have one, like compré - is there a rule that I can apply to distinguish it, or is it just because querer is irregular?

Would a better translation be "it would be good if the bank gave us the loan" ?
My question is not about the answer per se... but the phrase {si yo necesitara ir al trabajo}... what is the verb tense or form for necesitara? I am thinking it was future of necesitar but that would have á vs a in the ending. Also the phrase will be will need to go to work. Thanks.

For the question, "I love going out with you," wouldn't one use the familiar you "me gustas" instead of the (subject: usted/she/he/it) "me gusta?"

Is the rule for the position of the Me in both sentences that there are two clauses, the second being subjunctive and the verb reflexive therefore owning the M1e? I was confused because both the first and second verbs are conjugated.
What is the difference between para la que and para el que.
Can someone please explain when we cannot use either of the two.
