I'm unclear on why it wasn't divierten like it would have been "disfrutan"

Can you technically use haber+llevado+past participle?
And if so, how does it change the meaning?
How is the answer un poco mas and not case ti metiste? I asked my peruvian friend and she thought it was also the second. It's past tense i'm confused
This was easy to understand because it was so slow. How do I get to listen to stories in Latin American Spanish? The only ones I have found have been in European Spanish.
The speaker said dió rather than dio.
Just a tad confusing although it probably happens in everyday speech.
