There are several verbs ending in eguir where the stem changes in the present tense. (for example -- seguir becomes sigo, siges, ...) Does this happen for all verbs ending in eguir or are there examples where the e does not change in the stem.

I've learned to say "Me gusta la carne" for I like meat. Here is says "Me gusta comprar carne, pescado y verduras" with no definite articles. I can't work out why, can anyone help?

Puedo escribir lo que quiera y no es tan agobiante como para que me lo encuentre dificilísimo y no quiera continuar. = I can write what I want and it’s not so overwhelming that I find it very difficult and do not want to continue. My question is why is para que used here? Does it carry the meaning of in order to, so that? Because translation shows otherwise not indicating the subordinate clause as goals. And tan… Como is used here. Does it have another meaning when used with para que ?

My understanding is that 'Imperative' is a mood, not a tense, the other moods being 'indicative' and 'subjunctive'.
'Passve' and 'Active' are 'voices'.
Why in the following example is ser used? I thought that the estar form would be used because cheerful is a an emotion or feeling. Wouldn't this indicate that the group is "always cheerful"?
