Please note, when I eliminate the pronoun to the verb ie yo tiene - tiene, it is marked incorrectly;
also when the object is relating to a profession ,ie,: Yo soy una cantera it's marked incorrectly and sometime it is the opposite.
Is there any reasons as to why this is the case.
Hi,
Kwizbot Desde allí arriba, podíamos ver toda Barcelona.
You could also say: De ahí arriba, podíamos ver todo Barcelona
My question:
Can you use both “todo” and “toda” here, and if so, why?
Also could you say “ver todo a Barcelona”?
Thank you, Nicole
Al haberse portado tan mal, lo expulsaron del colegio.
the pronoun se came right after haber not after portado nor in front of haber.
This is different from any other rules I knew, like:
Me lo dijo. Me lo ha dicho. Dímelo ! Quiero dárselos.
So which rule applies to this ?
Coma todo por favor
it's conjugated to the imperativo
flit ?
Flirt !
Examples from above:
Mis amigos, que se llaman Luis y Mario, me visitarán mañana. My friends, who are called Luis and Mario, will visit tomorrow.
El director del colegio, el cual trabaja duro, es respetado por todos. The headteacher, who works hard, is respected by everyone. Both of these are "who" examples. Are que and el cual interchangeable for these? Would it also be correct correct to say "que trabaja duro"?
Thank you :)
These answer options all have a capital "J" for the month "Julio". Debo coger vacaciones en Julio. Queréis coger vacaciones en Julio. Debéis coger vacaciones en Julio. Podéis coger vacaciones en Julio. Months in spanish are usually not capitalised unless at the beginning of a sentence or have I missed something?
I study Spanish in Guatemala where we don’t use the form vous. Is there any way that my lessons can be without the vous form? Thank you.
