Hola,
I was wondering, as this lesson specifically deals with esperar in the meaning of "to hope", what happens if I want to use it as "to wait"? Does it also require El Subjuntivo?
Deborah
I have become accustomed to value judgements taking the subjunctive. The best thing about this date was...
Is the subjunctive also possible in the next clause?
Thanks!
I use a tablet to practice Lawless Spanish while on the treadmill. I am unable to place accent marks with the tablet, usually this is not a problem as those answers go into the nearly correct column. My answer to: Los estudiantes ya _____ las instrucciones, han leido was marked wrong. This is inconsistent and confusing. Please look into this.
FYI...This answer was marked incorrect:
Yo coincido contigo en ese tema. I agree with you on that subject.HINT: Conjugate "coincidir" in El Presente
Hola,
Could you shed some light on why that is used here, please?
Es fantástico que ellos estén a salvo.
Gracias,
La verdad no entiendo como funciona este ejercicio..... hay un texto con una grabación, entonces el proposito es que los alumnos escuchen y mejoren su pronunciación?
It only says "We can also form the superlative of some adverbs with the suffix -ísimo", but not which ones these are.
There's something on cerca & lejos, but how about other irregular adverbs (those having an independant form, like bien)?
It seems these would not have any -ísimo from, as I neither found "lo hiciste bienísimo" nor "lo hiciste buenísimo", but solely "lo hiciste muy bien".
Hi, from previous discussions I understands there's no easy to identify "ser" and "estar", however may I confirm "en" must come with "estar". And if I see "a/al" it must come with "ir" (ir and ser have same El Pretérito Indefinido)?
Thank you, Hayley
