Hola,
Could you shed some light on why that is used here, please?
Es fantástico que ellos estén a salvo.

Hola,
I was wondering, as this lesson specifically deals with esperar in the meaning of "to hope", what happens if I want to use it as "to wait"? Does it also require El Subjuntivo?

"Sylvie es una profesora francesa." - Just wondering with this one, normally I would say 'Sylvie es profesora', or similar with professions... is this an exception, or is there an option to use either/or?
Thanks in advance, you guys are the best!
SpanishDict does not have a tilde for sonar but you did. Why the difference?
I am having some difficulties with this sentence: Los empleados de la tienda se quedaron perplejos.
Why is quedarse used here and not quedar? I went back to the lesson that deals with the differences and therein both are used with an adjective or participle to express the result of an action (=quedar) or change (=quedarse). For quedar + adjective, it is also written that the meaning is rather "to end up", and I feel like it fits well in the sentence above: they ended up perplexed due to what Beru did.
Could both be correct in this context?
Thanks!
I have become accustomed to value judgements taking the subjunctive. The best thing about this date was...
Is the subjunctive also possible in the next clause?
Thanks!
I am unable to find Part 1 and Part 4 of Un crimen perfecto. Can you help?

I was just marked wrong when I answered a test question with 'hemos sido'. I was told that the correct answer was 'hemos sidos.' There is no sidos in the conjugation that I can find. What is this?
