Levels of proficiency

I was at 98.7% on this topic and at 99.98% at the C1 level as a whole. On my last Kwiz I scored 10/10 and proceeded to drop to 84.6% and 99.77% respectively. Is there any way to fix this?

This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Using the pluperfect subjunctive in hypothetical clauses (si) followed by the perfect conditional/ the pluperfect subjunctive"

The technical team does not have the technical ability to fix this issue. It is beyond their skill. I cannot get to diamond level in at least two levels because of this problem.
