Greetings!

Minor comment:  your word bank at the beginning of the exercise included the word "pellizco".  The exercise used "pizca".  I assume that they are interchangable?

My Spanish verbs book was silent on the verb, "cocer", also my Spanish-English dictionary, so I looked it up online.  

Love learning new words.  Thank you for exposing us to them.

If the author was travelling to Peru and he said he spoke Spanish, is this article Peru Spanish or Spanish Spanish?

Yo ________ que sí. Why is the answer he dicho and not hube dicho? I thought hube dicho is in Pretérito Perfecto and he dicho is in the present perfect. The quiz question says to answer in Pretérito Perfecto.

I completed a test today on the above topic.  The sentence included the word 'cuidálo' but I cannot find it in my dictionary or the online dictionary I use.

I assume it means to treat or take care of.

 It says ' Do you prefer to wait sitting or standing' and I had to fill in the gap for prefer/preferir.

 ' Usted prefiere esperar de pie o sentado?' 

I don't understand how prefiere is the answer and not prefieres

I love reading and listening to the travel stories, or diaries.  These 3 audios are perfect examples. 
Even though we can google all the needed information, it´ll be even greater if some culture insights or backgrounds can be included in the introduction to these lessons, especially when talking about local cuisines.  

Question about ¡Qué delicioso! 
 in the text, the mochilero had eaten all the food in feminine forms, such as arroz, trucha frita, yuca y salsa. 
Shouldn't it be 
¡Qué deliciosa! instead?
