The example sentence:
"En esta tienda pueden comprarse unas joyas muy bonitas."
The translation is given is
"You can buy very nice jewels in this shop."
However could it also be translated as:
"They can buy themselves some very nice jewels in this shop."
if we interpret the se as being an indirect object rather than passive?

The problem with saying 'either no longer true or not relevant' here creates a grey area because normally if we understand a condition to not be relevant, we would use the imperfecto, surely? See the first question in the quiz for example.

Tomorrow by this time I will have been admitted to hospital is translated as Mañana a estas horas habré ingresado en el hospital
I've also seen "ayer fue ingresado en el hospital" and "el médico lo ingresó en el hospital" so it seems to behave like a transitive verb.
Why then isn't it " habré sido ingresado" ?
