Both are correct, as the usted is optional to phrase in the sentence.
But it is marked incorrect. Grammatically it is correct, so I believe it shouldn't be marked incorrrect.
One of the questions is: .(fill in)....los regalos ella sopló las velas. One of the correct answers is "Antes de recibir Ana". De complete sentence sounds odd to me, is it correct?

I'm sure we all value the great work Inma, Silvia and the rest of the team do in answering all the questions we put to them on the Q&A Forum. I do. For me, this adds a lot to what makes Kwiziq such a valuable learning resource.
So, I think it would be a great idea to be able to add these replies to a seperate notebook. This would not only allow for revision, but also give me some reference to go every time I think, "Hmmm, I'm sure someone gave me a really useful answer on this already!"

In Mexico we do not use the vosotros form and I wrote you about it and you said you were working on not using it for Spanish in Mexico. This lesson had half of the questions in this tense. This is wasting my money and time to learn what I do not need. Please give your students a way to avoid counting these questions. Thank you
In question #1 where it says we are and the continuing form of the verb, I used estar + continuing form of verb and it was wrong. But in question #6, it is the same questions and I used estar + continuing form of the verb and the answer was right. What is the difference?

Does Spanish allow combining this construction to say:
“No se qué ves en ese chico. No es totalmente feo pero ni que fuera Brad Pitt.”
Or could/should I say, “No es feo pero (tampoco) no es como si fuera...”
