Explain formal and informal

I have the following sentence: "La sospechosa fue interrogada por la mañana."

How is this tense called? Checking your nice overview https://spanish.kwiziq.com/spanish-tense-names here, I have guessed it to be one of the Los Pasados Progresivos forms https://spanish.kwiziq.com/spanish-tense-names - but it seems to be different by using "fue" and not "estar". 

Any help would be appreciated.

In my experience, and according to my dictionary, reflection (in a mirror or an observation) is el reflejo, unless it is the action in physics of something bouncing of something else

How could we get to know that this exact word is a stem changing verb? Isn’t there any recognition for them?

¡Hola! ¿Por qué usamos el verbo "toques" aquí? ¿No debería usar "toca" si estamos dando un consejo (tú afirmativo)? Supongo que esto es porque estamos dando un comando negativo, es decir "nunca toques" significa el mismo que "no toques". ¿Es correcto? Si es así, creo que una lección correspondiente debería estar vinculada a la oración (Forming the Spanish imperative of tú/ vosotros/vosotras (negative commands)).
