Spanish Conjunction

Conjunctions are the connecting part of speech - they link words, phrases and clauses into more complex, related structures.
There are two types of conjunctions:
- Coordinating conjunctions (conjunciones coordinantes) link two equal words or clauses.
- Subordinating conjunctions (conjunciones subordinantes) link a dependent clause to a main clause: the two clauses are unequal.
Have a look at these examples:
Tengo perros y gatos en casa. (I have dogs and cats at home.)
Voy al cine cuando hay una película buena. (I go to the cinema when there is a good film.)
