Please explain why "Me gusta la de rojo" instead of el.

Los de manana seran mas fresco instead of Las......

Twice now I have entered 'estaba' but the correct answer is shown to be 'estuve'. I thought that when an action is either interrupted or where there is no specific beginning or end, it's the imperfect. Can you please clarify? Thank you.

pero, I notice that there are a lot of "p" popping sounds in the audio of "Ropa de Invierno" and remembered hearing that the Spanish alphabet should be able to be pronounced in front of  a candle without blowing it out. How are the lips and tongue placed to pronounce "p" , "t"  and "s" to achieve that goal, please?

I feel that the translation of the sentence into English was incorrect for the tense requested and confused me. The clue was pretérito perfecto as well as the translation saw. Pretérito conjugation of ver for ellos is vieron or “saw”, but pretérito perfecto would be Han visto or “have seen”. Please don’t make it confusing for us!

In the lesson you give examples for estar deseando in imperfect, but not for tener ganas de. I feel pretty sure I could use tener ganas de in imperfect as well, but neither seems to fit well with preterite. 

Could you say more about how these two are used with other moods and tenses and what limitations, if any, exist.

EDIT: Sorry, I see you answered part of this in an earlier reply. However, could you indicate any other limitations that might apply. I wonder about subjunctive too.
