There doesn’t seem to be an example or text relating to placement in a tense with auxiliary ‘ha’ etc. I gather from the quiz question that you cannot interpose nunca as in ‘no he nunca visto eso’. As this is the natural order in English (I have never seen that) it would be good to have some explicit mention in the text and examples.

My question is, why is could one also say "lo más interesante..." and still be correct? That is, use "lo" instead of "el"?
Hi, I was a bit surprised to see this use of "gustar" as none of the books I have mention this usage i.e. Barron's 501 verbs, shows only that this verb is used in the third person, etc. Would it be a Iberian usage? I am in Canada and study Latin American Spanish [looking forward to that distinction in your program:) -- any news on that?]

Leaving aside the issue of what you call this tense, I had trouble because I thought that the "perfect" tenses corresponded more closely with English in the sense of use of the auxiliary verb. It seems that most of the examples given show English translations with the auxiliary verb, but not all of them. So what is the difference between "No le dije" and "No le he dicho"? It would seem that the first translates to "I didn't tell him" and the second to "I haven't told him." But the examples seem to conflate the two.
I got this correct in the quiz b/c I followed the hint but I don't understand the use of Imperfecto over Indefinido here if there is a specific time period in the past identified. Why trabajaba rather than trabajo? (I know the hint says "used to" but the question still stands.) Thank you!

Why is it "Yo fui el primero DE mi clase" and not "Yo fui el primero EN mi clase" for "I was first in my class?" Is there any difference or is DE also acceptable?
"Me llamo Juan". I am confused because there is no verb. Is it incorrect to say "Me llamo es Juan"? Where else in Spanish are verbs omitted?

Alguien sabe porque la frase es escrita 'Los personajes andan soñando con un viaje a una isla desierta' y no es escrita 'Los personajes andan soñando de un viaje a una isla desierta'?
No he visto esa construcción antes y pues estoy una poca confundida. Si es normal, podrían dar otros ejemplos que usan la misma 'con' construcción
