does saber in the negative trigger the subjunctive?the above example uses poder in the simple future

I'm struggling a little bit to get my head around the bold section: He estado de viaje y me ha encantado todo
I guess it means 'to myself, it has enchanted me all (I have loved it all)'?
But because in my English head I think it looks strange (lo/le he encantado todo seems more natural), do you have any other lessons on expressing maybe the love, like stuff with the pronoun, so that I can get my head round it.

"Ayer fui a la piscina y ____ la toalla."
I put "me olvidé" but got it wrong, it said "olvidé" was correct. I'm aware that you can use olvidé alone, but is me olvidé wrong? The "hint" on the bottom says "Use the grammatically correct form used with the verb olvidar."
I interpret "es" as "is", so how/why is "He" assumed for "Es un excelente actor." -> "He is an excellent actor"?
In the sentence "Él me trata tan especialmente como tú." why is tú used here rather than a ti - Él me trata tan especialmente como a ti. I'm assuming it is the function of the word as which is what here a preposition or a conjunction. As an aside what might be the most accurate English in this sentence, especially or specially?
Like Ian, I am confused by some of the examples given here, in particular:
Iremos adonde tú quieras, cariño >> We will go where (to whichever restaurant) you want, darling...
... which does involve movement, but despite that it uses 'donde' - with no accent !
And in the short quiz included in this site, I got this question wrong:
We are taking the children to where they can run around freely > Llevamos a los niños ________ puedan corretear libremente…. i.e., I [incorrectly !] chose "adónde" with an accent because it did seem to involve movement … (but no ! - it had to be "adonde").
Ustedes ________ muy felices como pareja.You used to be very happy as a couple.
Why is it "Yo fui el primero DE mi clase" and not "Yo fui el primero EN mi clase" for "I was first in my class?" Is there any difference or is DE also acceptable?
