Doesn't I've already returned e.g. I have returned imply Pretérito Perfecto Compuesto, e.g Ya he vuelto

ser for passive voice?

I have a Spanish grammar book that teaches this construction of the passive voice: ser + past participle + por... is this NOT correct? That same book does not mention using estar

because it said last few months I put Salieron but the answer was han salido.

A grammer question:

I have been a member of- he sido miembro del...

Why there is no uno like in English - he sido uno miembro (this sentence is a mistake).

question said I was wrong when I wasn'tEsta ________ mi antigua escuela.This used to be my old school.(HINT: Conjugate irregular “ser” in the imperfect past/El Pretérito Imperfecto. Example: "ella tenía" = she had/used to have)

Esta solía ser mi antigua escuela.

I'm pretty sure that I'm right and it puts "era". I know that "solía ser" is even more accurate than "era".
