Hi, did I miss the part where the botes explain the difference between when to use the a ending for me olvida instead of me olvido? 

I selected 'por' as a possible correct word thinking it could mean "The train goes through Madrid"

incorrect?

Why is “I feel like an idiot dressed up like a clown” reflexive? Idiot is a noun. I had this question on a quiz. 

I now understand why I am having such trouble with this section, but please clarify. Which form, Mainland or Latin American, are you counting as correct?

I would like to ask why the correct answer is the option:
La persona con quien fui a la fiesta era mi padre

while the answer

La persona con la que fui a la fiesta era mi padre
is marked as nearly correct when both options are acceptable, according to the lesson above.

I still don't understand why "usted no asistió a la fiesta" is wrong.

Hello, why is the imperfect used in this sentence since knocking on the door is a single event?  Why not "fuimos" ?

Eramos nosotros los quien llamamos a la puerta
