The use of llevar or pasar to describe time.

Hello Kwiziq team, In this translation exercise, would using the verb llevar in the following sentence make sense? ''Tercero, llevaré
menos tiempo en mi teléfono.'' instead of ''Tercero, pasaré menos tiempo en mi teléfono'' Many thanks

If you're thinking of the structure llevar + present participle to express the duration of an ongoing action, that wouldn't really work here because "pasar mucho tiempo" already conveys that - an ongoing action itself. 
But, colloquially we often use llevar + time + [in a place/situation]:

Llevo una hora en la parada del autobús. 
I´ve been at the bus stop for an hour.
Andrés lleva dos horas en la sala de reuniones con ese cliente.
Andrés has been with that client in the meeting room for two hours.

Maybe you're thinking about this use of llevar? 
However, for some reason, when it is an action in the future, llevar normally becomes llevarse:
Esta tarde, Andrés se llevará dos horas en la sala de reuniones con ese cliente.
This afternoon, Andrés will spend two hours with that client in the meeting room.
With llevar/llevarse tiempo in this sense, there is also a negative connotation as in "too long!", and this isn't really the nuance on the sentence from the exercise "Tercero, llevaré menos tiempo en mi teléfono." - it's actually a positive sentence, so it won't work well in this instance.
