I've learned elsewhere that "como" is often much better to use than "que" when asking the kinds of questions covered in this lesson. I did not find a lesson that covers their comparative usages. Maybe would be good to include "cual."

Judging by an answer provided for a question below, "me gustaria" is equivalent to the three "queria" forms. That's good news because I've been using "me gustaria" most often. Should that be added to the examples in this lesson?

Also, does this lesson imply that the above three forms are more polite than simply "quiero?" I've asked many here in Colombia about this and they all say that "quiero" is much more common than "me gustaria" and not considered impolite. But still, I have trouble making myself say "quiero" so i usually say "me gustaria." Maybe I should start using "queria."

I guess I have a lot of confusion around "quiero" vs. "queria" vs. "gustaria" and their proper grammar and appropriate usage.

un paseo muy bonito al lado del mar. - can i say 'junto al mar' instead of al lado del mar? 
Después, voy a ver el Capitolio, un edificio blanco y grande. - do we always add 'y' between 2 adjectives and more even when the english translation does not?

Why is it "El cartero pasa todos los días a las tres de la tarde" instead of ""El cartero pasa todos los días a las tres por la tarde"? I thought we learned that it should be en, a, or por to express a specific time of the day?

this sentence is talking about future events from the point of view of a past. it is not really talking about future event from current point of view. is that right?

i find this structure similar to si conditional statement of expressing what something could had happened in the past, if another past condition is satisfied. 

may I ask if they are the same?
