If I had answered, "Me estoy muriendo de sed" instead, would it be viewed as correct?
I have noticed that all of the verbs that have a stem change in the future (querer -> querr- and tener -> tendr-) have the same stem in the future and the conditional tenses. Is this a general rule, or are there exceptions.
I could substitute “which person” here. What clue should I be looking for to tell me I don’t need the accent?
I don’t understand the use of present perfect in telling past events.
How do I enter an inverted question mark at the beginning of the question?

The two problems with use of English posted some time ago are still not fixed. Hence, I'm still struggling to get to grips with this lesson.
"If I went to the hairdresser's" in English means; "If I were to go". They are equivqlent.
Similarly. "If he had an accident" is equivalent to " if he were to have an accident".
In both cases, the first sentence is common usage. The second using the the subjunctive is very uncommon in everyday English.

I used comenzar for start but it was corrected to empezar. What is the difference in the usage of the two verbs?
no entiendo por que, en español , necesita usar "hay" por una oración: "Hay niebla" --pero, no puedo usa la misma estructura para la expresión -- "Esta soleando". Lo se que el ley es usar "hay" siguen por un noun y usa "hay" después un adjetivo --pero no es "niebla" un adjetivo también? verdad?
