Mi mujer se enfada, porque me equivoco y cargo muchos de mis gastos..

Try as I might, the word "cargo" in this sentence sounds to my ears like "tengo"

Is it a mistake or is it my hearing?

Hola Ian,

I checked the audio and the narrator is definitely saying "cargo".

Thank you Inma, but you could have fooled me. The "r" sounds nothing like the rolled "rrr" but more like an "n"

If I put Cargo and tengo into google translate, the distinction is quite clear when played.
