Huir Present Tense Conjugation

I'm still a bit confused about where huís is used. Is it used in specific regions of Spain? In specific social classes in Spain? In specific towns or villages in Spain? In specific contexts in Spain? What other countries or regions outside of Spain use huís as a bisyllabic word? Is it widespread or more-or-less negligible, even though not incorrect? To be specific, living in Toledo Spain, should I aim for one syllable or two syllables, huis or huís? If I am traveling to Chile, should I use huis or huís? Thanks so much !
