At what time (and time zone) does the Day Streak refresh?

I thought I was doing a Kwiz every day for the past 3 days but my Day Streak is 1 day, so I'm wondering if it doesn't refresh at midnight in whatever time zone you are using.

Thanks for your question. The Day Streak doesn’t refresh based on your personal time zone. Instead, streaks are calculated using the UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) system used across Kwiziq.
That means your streak resets at 00:00 UTC, which may not match midnight in your own location. If you completed a kwiz after your local midnight but before 00:00 UTC, the system may still count it as the previous day.
If you’d like, you can share roughly what time you completed your last few kwizzes and I can help check whether the UTC timing explains the streak reset.
