Why es “que flores” correct? I thought “cual flores” would be the correct response… the question was “what flowers do you prefer?”

why do you say yo soy una estudiante but not yo soy una professora

It is easier to think of the translations of these phrases in formal (or correct) English.

En lo que        As far as

Con lo que     with that which

Para lo que    for that which

de lo que       of that which

Por lo que      because of what

a lo que          to that which

And don't encourage bad English.  "You can never place the preposition at the end of the clause like in English:  Be careful what you wish for."  You should never end with a preposition in English  Be careful of that which you wish   or Be careful for what you wish.

Instead of "tener que", and we say "deber" instead? 

Does "Tengo que lavar los manos" and "Debo lavar los manos" have the same usage?

I had the following "En España no siempre dormimos siesta" and I looked it up and AI said the response with siesta at the end is somewhat awkward and less native is that correct?

In “ Cada domingo estudio español ________ almuerzo.”  since the subject is the same in both clauses, can’t you use the infinitive without que “desde terminar el” ?
