You could also say:¡Solo hay ventajas!
Or also:¡Solo hay beneficios!
Why no accents on the other two "solo"s?

I was wondering if you could refer me to a lesson that goes over placement of adverbs - I looked at the lesson re this section, but it didn’t mention placement, just how to form it. And also how to know when to use the article and to not use in "a la recepción/ a recepción"

My question is about the use of pero in a second sentence. Should this be explained as a second clause rather than a second sentence since the examples use one sentence?
Responsibility is misspelled in this sentence: to avoid some of the responsability for what is said
Me extraña que él quiera venir al cine con nosotras. (I'm surprised he wants to come to the cinema with us.)
I'm confused by what appears to be third person (extraña) rather than first person (extraño) in this sentence. Please explain. Is it similar to use of the verb "gustar" --- where third person is used?

I have noticed that all of the verbs that have a stem change in the future (querer -> querr- and tener -> tendr-) have the same stem in the future and the conditional tenses. Is this a general rule, or are there exceptions.
