Todos los sietes de febrero

I think you need an example in the lesson showing a plural number as in the test question.

I was very puzzled by this, guessed it would be correct but without any confidence.

This is actually a typo. The number should be said in singular, not plural.

"Cada siete de febrero..."

"Todos los siete de febrero..." (the number here is invariable)
