Problematic Policy!!!

In my opinion, lessons that we CANNOT practice should not be included!!! Doesn't serve me well that Kwiziq allows me to practice European Spanish lessons, but does not allow me to practice Latin American Spanish lessons. Bummer for sure!!

Verbs converted to nouns: when are articles needed

The lesson gave me the impression that articles are only needed when they are in plural form, but based on the discussion below it sounds like they are always needed for both singular and plural forms. Is that correct? So that’s why “el cantar” was correct in the quiz question but “cantar” alone was incorrect? How do we know when a verb is considered a noun without a quiz hint?

Verb conjugation

Hi,

Why is it not the verb "continuar" + unconjugated verb, or the verb "seguir" + unconjugated verb?

For example, "Continúa caminar..." why is it written instead as "Continúa caminando?" I do not understand the why behind making the second verb -ando or -iendo.

"No sé quién puede haber escrito ... " "I don't know who could have ..."

Hello,

"I don't know who could have written that" is given as "No sé quién puede haber escrito eso" which backtranslates as "I don't know who can have written that". What about "No sé quien podría haber escrito eso"?

Moverse sin carro

As I have been learning spanish, castellano, why is carro used? Carro does not mean car here.

Therefore I thought the phrase was 'sin caro:, ie without costing a lot.

nos v. nosotrosTenemos dos hijos y nos concentramos mucho en ellos.We have two sons and we focus a lot on them. "nos" instead of nosotros? This reads as if the children are concentrating on "us". l get it for gustar, but "concentramos"?
