I did not see any discussion as to whether you can split the pronouns and put just one on the end of the infinitive/gerund:
Tengo un libro nuevo y me quierolo leer pronto.
Tengo un libro nuevo y lo quierome leer pronto. (pronoun ordering???)
Would either of these forms be acceptable?
Estos ingredientes los cocemos en una olla ....
This one was a bit mean! Cocer is not truly a regular -er verb. True, its endings are the same as those for regular verbs but the stem changes in most forms.
Would the phrase "You used to go camping when you were young" be "tu solias a ir al campo cuando era pequena" instead of "tu ibas ir...."? Because the quiz said to use ibas.
Hello. Would the following construction be acceptable?
"me tengo que poner muy guapa"
Thanks.
Considering acordarse vs recordar, is one more common than the other in LatAm Spanish for talking about remembering? Also, is there a lesson that talks about when to use and not use “de” with acordarse? Gracias!
Hola,
I think "jugo de naranja y zanahoria" should be also an accepted answer because they seem to use the word "jugo" in Latin America.
Thanks,
Daria.
When I selected "Yo vivo en" it was marked incorrect. There was an option for "Vivo en" but I chose to include the Yo. Is "Vivo en" the best answer? Is that why it was marked incorrect?
I'm with the rest of the people below. How can a question be interpreted as a exclamation? If it has the ?? around it, it signifies a question. It shouldn't matter what language you're using. A question is a question. So how does this magically convert into a exclamation? Can someone from kwiziq please answer because it's been asked over and over for the past year. Thank you
