I chose the Latin American option rather than the Spanish, but I am often hearing a lisp spoken such as, "Laura y Sarah son francesas." The "c" in francesas is spoken with a lisp sound, which is not the way it would be pronounced in Latin America.

I have answered these questions correctly many, many times and I can't get 100%. I was at 92% but after answering correctly ten times it took me back to 88%. Please check?

Examples from above: 

Mis amigos, que se llaman Luis y Mario, me visitarán mañana. My friends, who are called Luis and Mario, will visit tomorrow.

Both of these are "who" examples. Are que and el cual interchangeable for these? Would it also be correct correct to say "que trabaja duro"?

Or should it reflector that both verbs are reflexive ie: Ya me pongo a ducharme. 

The latter just sounds a little weird to me.

You have lessons covering the usage of each tense when preceded by pedir, but I don't see anything about how to distinguish when one is more appropriate than the other. The tense of "pedir" doesn't seem to factor in. There are examples of pedir followed by either tense in each lesson.
