When I attempt to submit an answer to a question, I get this message:    Warning: No message defined for data[Answer][body]

I can’t work out why whether the information is already known to the parties concerned, that the subjunctive is used [in the pretérito imperfecto].

Also why using the pretérito indefinido would indicate that the information is new information.

In other words what is the logic behind this when forming the subjunctive? I completely get the idea of a hypothetical idea requiring the subjunctive, but the aspect of whether the information is already familiar to the people concerned, is confusing me. Saludos. John

Why would you say soy un cantautor? I thought you were not supposed to use an indefinite article when saying what occupation you have?

I can't find any on-line Spanish grammar text that indicates that "que" can be used in place of "porque" to begin an explanatory clause. I assume that that usage must be very colloquial and only used when talking with friends.  Am I correct about that?

Now everywhere I look online it suggests that this should only say 'lo dejé' and not 'me lo dejé'. Why would they add 'me'? It doesn't feel like it needs it, as the 'I forgot' bit is understood by dejé, and the 'it' by lo. It isn't reflexive I don't think.

I am having an extremely hard time telling the difference between "how" I feel and "what" I feel (so I know when to use "sentirse" and when not to use it.) 

Also, I don't know how to tell what is an adjective and what is a noun. There don't seem to be standard endings for adjectives.  (orgulloso, alegre, frustrado, etc.)

when choosing adjectives for las lámparas, rosa but not rosas was offered as a choice. Why not rosas?

Can you use the preposition "con" after the article instead to denote posession? For example: 

-La mujer de allá es muy guapa. 

-¿Qué mujer?

-La con la blusa roja. 

Would that be correct? Thanks

The test at the bottom of this lesson always marks the second answer wrong?
