Poder in the preterite tense

Poder in the preterite tense

If I understand this correctly,(always a big "if") I think you should make reference to any irregularities in the ending.  E.g., first person singular ends in "e" and third person has no accent.  Maybe there are others.

Hola Charles

Your understanding is correct! We add a link by the end of the lesson on the Tip part that takes you to more information about this type of irregularity, these verbs with this irregularity in the preterite tense are called "pretéritos graves".
