Why En and not DeEn quien estas pensada (not sure I remembered the last word correctly). In English this would be "of whom are you thinking?" so why is the Spanish En quien and not De quien. (Accents do not appear to work)

The lesson says that the form doesn't change according to masculine, feminine or plurals. But this answer gives BastanteS as the correct answer?

I assume then if I wanted to use the expression 'vale la pena' in the conditional, it would read 'valdría la pena'? (It would be worth it)?
