Take the fastest path to fluent Spanish
The Spanish verb querer is a stem-changing verb. The first -e becomes -ie in some conjugations in the present indicative and keeps the same change in the present subjunctive.
Conjugate querer in El Presente de Subjuntivo in Spanish

nosotros / nosotras | queramos |
vosotros / vosotras | queráis |
ellos / ellas / Uds. | quieran |
The first vowel -e- in the stem becomes -ie- except for the nosotros and vosotros forms.
The endings are the same as for regular -er verbs in El Presente de Subjuntivo.

Me extraña que él quiera venir al cine con nosotras.I'm surprised he wants to come to the cinema with us.
Es sorprendente que todos nosotros queramos ir de vacaciones a India.It is surprising that we all want to go to India on holiday.
He cocinado para un ejército asi que espero que queráis comer bastante.I've cooked for an army so I hope you want to eat a lot. [you = vosotros]
