RAE doesn't specify this case but I am assuming it would follow the same as the interrogative cases mentioned previously: ¿Y Inma? ¿Y Inglaterra? - for example:
-Podéis mandarme mensajes de texto cuando queráis.
-¿Y e-mails?
- You can send me text messages when you want.
- And [what about] e-mails?
