The title of this lesson is "stem-changing" -car verbs but the example doesn't change stem

For example, "buscar" is used as an example, but it is not "stem-changing". Maybe change the title of the lesson by dropping the word "stem-changing".

Hola Michael T.

Thanks for pointing this out!

In Spanish, stem-changing usually refers to vowel changes (like pensarpiense), but it also includes spelling changes that occur in the stem for pronunciation reasons, such as -carqu (buscarbusque).

So, while buscar doesn’t have a vowel change, it’s grouped here because all -car verbs follow this same spelling change pattern in the present subjunctive.

Feliz semana

Silvia
