European vs Latin American

Hello, my question is how to turn off any references to Latin American Spanish.  I don't want to get instruction on this version.

I am using Kwiziq for European Spanish.  Recently the program has been giving me more and more questions that require Latin American Spanish.  This is pretty frustrating and a waste of my time.  Especially around the use of "ya" and preterite tense.

Hola Paul L.

Sorr for our late reply. By default, if you’ve selected European Spanish (Peninsular) in your settings, you should only be shown Peninsular lessons and tested on Peninsular content.

If you are still seeing Latin American variants in your practice, this isn’t expected. Could you please reach out to us via the Helpdesk so we can investigate and fix this for you?

Best wishes,
Silvia
