In this question: You should be at peace with yourself, Deberían estar en paz ___ (ustedes). The correct answer is given as "con ustedes mismos" How is this a Subject pronoun? With the preposition "con", shouldn´t the answer be "consigo mismos"?

Both options are correct as explained in the lesson (by the end) - you can use:
consigo mismos or con ustedes mismos
You can also say: consigo misma or con ella misma / por sí mismos or por ellos mismos / para sí mismo or para él mismo, etc...
