The verb estar (to be) is regular in El Condicional Simple in Spanish.

Conjugation of estar in El Condicional Simple in Spanish

yo estaría
tú estarías
él / ella / Ud. estaría
nosotros estaríamos

ellos / ellas / Uds.   estarían

As you can see, it is formed in the same way as all regular verbs in El Condicional Simple in Spanish: adding the regular endings to the Infinitivo.
