Haber has an irregular stem hay- in El Presente de Subjuntivo,but the endings are regular.

Conjugation of haber in El Presente de Subjuntivo in Spanish

yo haya
hayas
él / ella / Ud. haya
nosotros hayamos
vosotros hayáis
ellos / ellas / Uds.   hayan
 

Note that in El Presente de Subjuntivo, only the impersonal third person form haya is ever used on its own.

Quiero que haya un buen presidente en el país.I want to have a good president in the country.

No opino que haya un buen sistema educativo aquí.I don't think there is a good educational system here.

Deseo que no haya ningún problema con tu presentación.I hope that you won't have any problem with your presentation.

The full set of six forms is used with past participles of another verb to form another tense: the Pretérito Perfecto Subjuntivo. For example

Espero que el chico haya comido bien.I hope that the boy has eaten well.
