Destino: Madrid
¡Nos vamos a Madrid! 📍🏛️
This week, we’re heading to Spain’s capital for a little sightseeing, some fascinating stories and, of course, plenty of Spanish practice!
We’ll start with a visit to one of Madrid’s most beautiful spots in our C1 bilingual reader, before uncovering a curious piece of the city’s history in our B1 fill-in-the-blanks exercise.
Along the way, you’ll pick up some interesting facts about Madrid and put your Spanish skills to the test.
Ready for a little adventure in the capital?

A mystery for December
Something new starts on the 1st of December
For years, December here meant opening one door of the advent calendar a day. This year we’re trying something different: a mystery in Spanish, told one short episode at a time. 🕵️
Each episode takes about three minutes to read. You look for the clue in each one, and on New Year’s Eve you decide who did it.
It’s free for everyone, at every level. We’ll tell you more about the story next week. 😉
