Thanks for your comment. In fact, we do provide the key vocabulary for this exercise: the words you listed (e.g. navideños, riqueza, gastronomía, buñuelos, ponche, pesebres, entorno) are already included for learners to pay attention to while working through the dictation.

The idea is to highlight useful and relevant terms directly related to the exercise, so you can focus on listening, understanding and reinforcing these specific words.
