Hola Michael,
here " 'No me queda mucho dinero pero tengo para dos cervezas más.' (I don't have much money left but I have [enough] for two more beers.) the meaning of quedar is that of "something left/remaining", explained in the first block in the lesson. However here we are using an indirect object pronoun "me" to indicate who doesn't have much money left.
