Great observation. Yes, in Spanish titles (including the names of paintings, books, songs, etc.), capitalization works differently from English. In general, only the first word of the title is capitalized, unless a proper noun appears in it. Articles, prepositions and common nouns that follow remain lowercase.

So a title like Taza de agua y rosa is written with only the first word capitalized, even though in English we would normally capitalize most of the words.
