Your question got me curious, so I looked it up in Linguee, which gives multiple real-life examples in various contexts, so is particularly helpful for figuring out expressions. I find it an invaluable resource in general. Here is the link for Qué bien: https://www.linguee.com/english-spanish/search?query=Qué+bien

Hola! We have currently a lesson in our system titled "qué" + "noun/adjective" in order to form exclamatory sentences, which works in the same way that with adverbs like "bien". Hope it helps! Gracias. Silvia.
